Millennial Problems
Just wanted to shed some light on the reality us millennials are up against.
You can have one of two thoughts on this;
1️⃣ it’s not fair
2️⃣ how do we make the best of where we are
While the first thought is so valid - the second thought is what will set you free from victim mentality that is keeping you stuck.
The average home price has increase $424,000 since 1980 while the average household income has only increased $65,000…
This is due to MANY factors which I won’t get into here (but will certainly explain in my course)
But really we just need to know that there still is a way to hack the system. There is still opportunity to build wealth in real estate.
Is it as easy and simple as generations before us? NO
Is it fair? NO
Will a SMART first home purchase pay off for you as it has for them? If done strategically - YES.
The choice is yours.
Will you sit on the sidelines and play victim to our reality?
Or
Will you take control of your life and find opportunities where others won’t?
Let’s chat and see if buying real estate is right for you right now! ☕️📲
One coffee could change your life 🤗
